Bathroom Remodeling
A full bathroom remodel starts with gutting the room to the studs. We replace old plumbing lines, repair or replace the subfloor, and take out the old tile and fixtures.
Then we rebuild. Many homeowners switch the tub for a walk-in shower. You also get a new vanity, new lighting, new tile and new fixtures. Plumbing and electrical work is done with permits where required.
Not every bathroom needs all of that. A partial bathroom remodeling project can be just the shower, just the floor or just the vanity. You decide what changes.
Most projects finish within two to three weeks. You get the start date in writing.
Shower and Tub Replacement
Old fiberglass tubs and shower units are cut out and hauled away.
In their place goes a new shower pan, a new surround or a soaking tub, over a fresh waterproofing membrane. We install a new valve and seal the grout lines.
We also do tub to walk-in shower conversions and shower remodels.
Install Tile Work and Replace Tile Work
We install tile in showers, on floors and on backsplashes. Every layout is planned first, and wet areas get a waterproof backing before any tile goes on.
Cracked or loose tile? We remove it without damaging the substrate underneath and replace it with water-tight material.
Water-Damaged Bathroom Remodel
A leak under the tub. A stain on the ceiling below the bathroom. If you see signs like these, we open the wall or floor, photograph what we find and show you.
Then you get a written price to rebuild.
We do the remodel, not water extraction. If the area is still wet, call a water mitigation company first, then call us for the rebuild.
