Can I keep my layout?
Yes. You decide. Keeping the toilet, tub or shower where they are is usually the simpler option. Moving plumbing is possible and is done with a permit.
What if you find damage behind the old tile?
We stop, send you photos and a written price for the fix. Nothing moves forward without your OK. The rest of your price stays the same.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. When your remodel includes plumbing or electrical work, we do it with a permit and handle the paperwork.
Can I see how the work is going?
Yes. If you want them, you get progress photos every day.
